The Southern University Lady
Jaguars have just released their schedule for 2009 and it
contains some exciting softball match ups. Home contests
include non conference dates with Nicholls St.(2/17),
Louisiana College (2/28), McNeese St.(3/17) and Southeastern
La (4/8). The Lady Jags will also host big conference games
on the bluff with Grambling coming to town 3/20 & 3/21 and
the final home competition against Texas Southern 4/17 &
4/18. Other highlights on the schedule include the ladies
competing in the Annual Tiny Laster Black College Tournament
in Conyers, Ga. (2/7, 2/8) and the Hampton Inn Lions Classic
held at Southeastern University in Hammond (2/13, 2/14).
Additionally, the team will participate in the SWAC Roundup
which will be held in Shreveport, LA (3/6 - 3/8). Come out
and enjoy cheering your Lady Jags on to victory!
