March 01, 2010 - Baton Rouge, LA - The Southern University softball team continued to struggle over the weekend as they fell 11-5 to the University of Houston, and 18-4 to Jacksonville State this past Saturday. On Sunday the final day of the Tiger Invitational hosted by LSU the Lady Jags remain winless with an 11-3 lost to Houston.

Junior Chastoni Jones recorded the second best average .333 with two hits, two runs, a double, two runs batted in, a steal, three walks, her first homerun of the season and six total bases.
